1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jelwan platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. License & Use

Jelwan is provided to educational institutions under a license agreement or subscription. The institution may authorize its staff and students to use the platform solely for educational and assessment purposes.

3. User Accounts

• Users must keep their login credentials confidential.
• Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts.
• Administrators may suspend or disable accounts in case of misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system areas.
• Interfere with exam delivery, grading or reporting.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful or violates third-party rights.

5. Content & Exams

The institution is responsible for the exam content, questions, media and data created or uploaded into Jelwan. Jelwan does not take responsibility for the accuracy of exam materials or grading policies defined by the institution.

6. Availability & Maintenance

As a cloud-hosted service, system availability and maintenance are managed by Jelwan. Planned maintenance windows and incidents are communicated in advance or as they occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jelwan and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

The applicable law and jurisdiction may be defined in the license agreement with the institution.
